Not only did Kelli coordinate the project perfectly but she allowed me to give input on my design and didn't push her design ideas on me.  When she thought I wasn't sold on something she always said "you  have to love it when it is done so we'll keep looking".  She listened to my likes and dislikes and made very helpful suggestions. Kelli has assisted us on several projects over the past couple of years including a kitchen and great room remodel, stair case design, upper level paint and carpeting and a master suite remodel.  She met with us to determine our concepts ideas and returned with many great designs.  In addition to her design work, Kelli has great relationships with subcontractors which benefit the owner to help get the job done in a timely fashion and competitive pricing, and she knows where to source materials including reclaimed wood and mantels.  Designer painting skills are also a forte.  In our home, Kelli has installed and painted a faux wallpaper tin ceiling, stained rustic wainscoting and painted barn doors with expert designer flair of looking like high reclaimed wood but on a reasonable budget.  On many occasions, also Kelli helped my husband and me come to agreement on choices, so you also get couples therapy in the package too!

The design team at Brynn Alden design + build strives to provide each client a unique design solution based on their individual needs while aspiring to maintain the project budget. The design team at Brynn Alden takes the time to individually interview each client in order to properly determine the scope and budget of each individual project.

Brynn Alden teams with other industry partners and professionals to provide their clients with the utmost in full-service design. If we don’t already know the answer, we will find it.

Brynn Alden’s philosophy: No job is too big or too small. Floor-to-ceiling and wall-to-wall, Brynn Alden design + build does it all! We believe everyone deserves to have great design at an affordable price point. In order to accommodate clients at a variety of price points, we offer “Out of the Box” design service. This is a hands-on service for the clients.

After the revisions stage of design development, we begin to bring the room to life by presenting color schemes, space plans, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings into the package. Again having an open dialogue and making revisions where necessary. When Phase 2 final selections have been made, our design teams produces rendered concept sketches to present to the client moving into Phase 3: Contract documents.

Upon final selection, the final rendered concept sketches and pricing is presented to the client. Upon final approval, appropriate materials contracts are presented for signature, appropriate deposits are secured and materials, furnishings, and fixtures are procured and/or ordered. Whether speaking of carpeting or wood flooring, furnishings, or fixtures, we work with leading manufacturers and suppliers to provide quality goods that fit your budget and style.

Brynn Alden design + build manages the project from start to finish taking the guess work out of the equation. We work one on one with all the trades making weekly contact and site visits to keep the project on track and budget.

As the design team, we are the liason between the client and the contractors and subs. We do the scheduling and project management with your best interest in mind, not ours. It is our job to make sure the project stays on track, safely and within budget. We alleviate your headaches. Call us Calgon if you must!
