At Brynn Alden Interior Design we use our expertise in space planning and design to carefully analyze our clients’ individual design challenge. We will prepare initial recommendations and basic concept and then together with the client we develop the initial concept into a finished project that meets each clients’ individual desire. We work together with our clients to get to an effective design solution, from initial concept, to design development, through construction documents, installment, and completion of all phases of the design.
Projects From Concept To Completion
We have the knowledge both in and out of the construction field to help you with your project from the very beginning planning stages, through all of the design development stages, navigating the construction project with your contractor or the trades, right to the final walk through of your new space. We are well versed in the construction world and can advocate for your wishes with all of the trades. Whether it be a plumber, electrician, tile setter, cabinet maker, or painter. Your Desire, safety, and best interest are our number one concern.
Residential And Commercial
Residential interiors are our first love. However, that doesn’t mean we won’t take on a commercial client! We love being creative in all arenas. We can help your commercial space fit the brand of your business. Enhancing or updating your current brand? No problem! We are well versed in the psychology of color and building code compliance. Need a new brand for your business? Call us, we can help build your brand through our creative build-out ideas.
One Time Consultation
Brynn Alden offers a one time consult to help you with your project. Not sure where to start? Not sure if your idea is even feasible? Don’t want to fully commit to a full on contract? Brynn Alden can definitely help you with that. A one hour flat fee consult is $250 within a 20 mile radius of 55016 area code. Consults farther than 20 miles from 55016, will be charged mileage/drive time based on our regular hourly billable design rate of $150/hour.
Any Size Job Is Welcome
We welcome jobs of all scope sizes. Need help with tile for your backsplash or picking our a new countertop material and color? Yes, we will help you with that design challenge. Do you need help picking the perfect paint color? We can help with that task too. Do you need help with the layout of your furniture in your new home? We are masters at space planning. Do you need expertise on your new custom kitchen layout? Absolutely, we offer over 10 years of kitchen experience over a range of budgets. Do you want help with a cosmetic makeover for your entire home? We LOVE whole house design projects. Floor to ceiling and wall to wall, Brynn Alden Interior Design does it all!
Project Fees Vs. Hourly Rate
Each project is as individual as blades of grass. We offer both hourly fees and project fees. The fee scale is set based on the scope of the project. Remodeling projects such as kitchen and bathroom remodels, which require construction documents, plans and drawings, have a set project fee to start with. “I am a visual person. I cannot envision what all this will look like!” No problem. We can draw and render a concept drawing of your space so you can fully visualize what it will look like. This is a service we offer for all project types. Smaller scale projects are usually charged on an hourly basis. Need a color consult? Color consults are a flat fee. However, have no fear. Use Brynn Alden Interior Design for your interior painting needs and the color consult fee is included in your contract price. Call us for more information with regards to your project.

Upon final selection, the final rendered concept sketches and pricing is presented to the client. Upon final approval, appropriate materials contracts are presented for signature, appropriate deposits are secured and materials, furnishings, and fixtures are procured and/or ordered. Whether speaking of carpeting or wood flooring, furnishings, or fixtures, we work with leading manufacturers and suppliers to provide quality goods that fit your budget and style.
Brynn Alden Interior Design manages the project from start to finish taking the guess work out of the equation. We work one on one with all the trades making weekly contact and site visits to keep the project on track and budget.
