We are thrilled to announce our Silver Award in the 2023 Master Design Awards for Kitchens under $75,000, presented by Qualified Remodeler. This recognition celebrates our dedication and expertise in transforming a dated 1970s kitchen into a spacious, open area that perfectly caters to the needs of a bustling family of six. Our mission was to merge the kitchen and dining areas, enhance storage, and create a multifunctional space for the family. Overcoming challenges such as load-bearing walls, style preferences, and logistical intricacies, we delivered exceptional results. 2023 Master Design Awards: Residential Specialty — BRONZE
We proudly received the BRONZE award for Residential Specialty, marking a significant achievement. This recognition celebrates a heartfelt transformation tailored to the specific requirements of a dedicated dog foster home, housing four resident dogs and frequently welcoming foster pups. The project’s inception stemmed from the aspiration to craft a specialized dog washing area, optimize kennel storage, and streamline daily caregiving routines. The area previously referred to as “the lounge” had become overwhelmed by kennels and canine essentials, necessitating a comprehensive reorganization. Our innovative solution extended into the adjacent lounge, resulting in the creation of a fully equipped dog haven. It features a custom concrete sink, captivating blue porcelain tile, and practical LVT flooring. This endeavor has brought much-needed serenity and order to what was once a chaotic space, providing a warm and organized sanctuary for our beloved four-legged companions.

Brynn Alden design + build won the 2021 Interior Designer competition award. First Place Residential-Singular Living/ Special Purpose Space 300 SF and under Dog Wash.
2022 National Award Single Room Remodel
Brynn Alden was awarded the 2022 National Award Single Room Remodel.
The project was a veteran dog foster and started with a dog wash/kennel area. The existing dog kennel situation for her foster pups was chaos. The goal was to give the dogs their own space and tame some of the chaos.
Underneath the custom concrete dog wash sink are hidden steps for the dogs to easily access the bathing station without having to lift them. A barn door separates the dog space from the lounge.
The dog wash/kennel project is the perfect solution to tame the chaos that comes with having multiple foster dogs.

At Brynn Alden we use our expertise in space planning and design to carefully analyze our clients’ individual design challenge. We will prepare initial recommendations and basic concept and then together with the client we develop the initial concept into a finished project that meets each clients’ individual desire. We work together with our clients to get to an effective design solution, from initial concept, to design development, through construction documents, installment, and completion of all phases of the design.

We have the knowledge both in and out of the construction field to help you with your project from the very beginning planning stages, through all of the design development stages, navigating the construction project with your contractor or the trades, right to the final walk through of your new space. We are well versed in the construction world and can advocate for your wishes with all of the trades. Whether it be a plumber, electrician, tile setter, cabinet maker, or painter. Your Desire, safety, and best interest are our number one concern.
Residential And Commercial
Residential interiors are our first love. However, that doesn’t mean we won’t take on a commercial client! We love being creative in all arenas. We can help your commercial space fit the brand of your business. Enhancing or updating your current brand? No problem! We are well versed in the psychology of color and building code compliance. Need a new brand for your business? Call us, we can help build your brand through our creative build-out ideas.
One Time Consultation
Brynn Alden offers a one time consult to help you with your project. Not sure where to start? Not sure if your idea is even feasible? Don’t want to fully commit to a full on contract? Brynn Alden can definitely help you with that. A one hour flat fee consult is $250 within a 20 mile radius of 55016 area code. Consults farther than 20 miles from 55016, will be charged mileage/drive time based on our regular hourly billable design rate of $150/hour.

Upon final selection, the final rendered concept sketches and pricing is presented to the client. Upon final approval, appropriate materials contracts are presented for signature, appropriate deposits are secured and materials, furnishings, and fixtures are procured and/or ordered. Whether speaking of carpeting or wood flooring, furnishings, or fixtures, we work with leading manufacturers and suppliers to provide quality goods that fit your budget and style.
Brynn Alden manages the project from start to finish taking the guess work out of the equation. We work one on one with all the trades making weekly contact and site visits to keep the project on track and budget.
